Happy Holdiays everyone, Last night was kinda interesting...I just put on an OEM TT spoiler, but my Z is NA. (I'm probably gonna get flamed for this, but oh well). I just think it looks better with the spoiler. Anyways, I was driving at night around ten or so on a local road (Memorial Dr to all the Zers in Houston). I was cruising around 35 to 40 mph going to a friends house when a bright red Mustang Cobra pulled up next to me. Of course I really get nervous when a car is doing the same speed and it's right next to me, so I sped up a little. Few seconds later, he's right next to me, so I sped up again, and again he's right next to me. Next thing I knew, I floored it and shifted to fourth. He catches up to me, so I down shifted to get more torque and then up shifted. By the time I got into fifth gear, I noticed that we were neck and neck doing about 120mph down a local street (yes, it was very dumb of me and very reckless and I do apologize to everyone that I'm a moron). We both stopped at a red light and the driver of the Cobra commented that he liked my twin turbo Z and he never knew that a "Jap car can keep up with an American iron." I mentioned that my car is not a twin turbo, next thing I saw was his face expression, like a deer in headlights (it was priceless.) He got mad and turned bright red that a non turbo 6 cylinder can go toe-to-toe with his "American iron". That made my night and my holiday. Sorry for the long post, I just had to share...everyone have a great holiday.
